Contact Thermocouples

Our contact temperature probes include profile and spike thermocouples, industrial thermocouples, fiberglass thermocouples, furnace thermocouples, and high-temperature thermocouple wire and cable. We also produce epitaxial thermocouples. Our extremely wide range of products includes many that can be custom-tailored to specific customer applications.

BASF supplies precious metal thermocouples using R, S, B, PII, C and K-type wires. This includes type R thermocouples, type S thermocouples and type B thermocouples.

Platinel® is proprietary to BASF. We produce profile thermocouples with 0.020-inch wire that delivers a longer life span. And, we offer a scrap metal return program whereby old thermocouples are returned for future orders or cash.
