BASF Catalyst H0-41 S3 was developed for the liquid phase selective hydrogenation of acetylenes and butadiene in C4 cuts, e. g. BASF’s SELOP® C4 process. The catalyst shows very low overhydrogenation. It can be applied for butene production from feed streams containing butadiene. With H0-41 S3, it is possible to change the butene-2/butene-1 ratio in a broad range.

BASF Catalyst H0-42 S3 was developed for the liquid phase selective hydrogenation of butadiene in C4 cuts, e. g. BASF’s SELOP® C4 process. The catalyst shows very low isomerisation activity while giving low over-hydrogenation. It is applied for high butene-1 production from feed streams with high butadiene contents e.g. raw C4 from an ethylene cracker. Furthermore, H0-42 is able to hydrogenate selectively Vinylacetylene in presence of 1.3- Butadiene.

BASF Catalyst H0-43 S3 was developed for the liquid phase selective hydrogenation of butadiene in C4 cuts, e. g. BASF’s SELOP® C4 process. The catalyst shows very low isomerisation activity while giving low over-hydrogenation. It is applied for high butene-1 production from feed streams with high butadiene contentse.g. raw C4 from an ethylene cracker. Furthermore, the catalyst can be applied in the hydrogenation of RAW C4 feeds in order to remove excessed of Vinylacetylene.

Ti-1100e is a high performance titania catalyst specifically developed for improving conversion of sulfur compounds during the Claus process. Typically installed in the first catalyst converter, it maintains the COS and CS2 conversion for a longer time period than a standard alumina catalyst.

BASF DD-431 is a high surface area activated alumina sphere with tailored pore size distribution to enhance Claus reaction activity through increased diffusion rates and surface activity.
