0.5% Pd/Al 5637 E

0.5% Pd/Al 5637 is a precious metal catalyst specifically designed for selective hydrogenation of alpha methyle styrene (AMS) to cumene while avoiding the undesirable side reaction of hydrogenation of cumene to isopropyle cyclohexane (IPCH).

The derived cumene yields can be recycled in the process, increasing the overall profitability of the plant. 0.5% Pd/Al 5637 also offers excellent mechanical properties and is supplied in chemical reduced state.
